DENTOTAR framework tariff
The dental framework tariff assigns tariff points to treatment positions; the position is billed times the point value, and on a tariff revision the practice software has to be brought up to date.
Definition
The framework tariff is the common basis; point values differ by payer. Private patients carry a different value from services billed to social insurers — the same treatment therefore produces different invoices.
An outdated tariff produces invoices the payer rejects. The work then arises twice: reissuing the invoice and handling the rejection.

Check: tariff positions with their points as a maintainable table, several point values per payer, and a route by which tariff revisions reach the program — with the update or by hand.
